Job Title:

Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is data-driven, and wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand. You will report directly to the brand and marketing team and work closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams.

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in digital marketing or up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
