Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee our marketing department, driving brand awareness and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies & using AI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating engaging content for various brands, leading and mentoring the marketing team, and overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, and monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional AI usage skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
