
Business Partnership Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnership Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our partners. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to technical and operational issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to partner queries via email, live chat, or ticketing systems, maintaining strong First Response Time (FRT) and meeting SLAs.
- Deliver high-quality support by resolving queries promptly, accurately, and empathetically, resulting in CSAT scores of 95%+.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, assist with dashboard integrations, and provide tailored support solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve the overall partner experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in partner or customer support roles, preferably in SaaS/B2B setups.
- Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integration workflows.
- Proficiency with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
