Fairmount Builders is a leading developer of premium commercial properties, with ongoing projects in Kokapet, Narsigi & Kompally and more in the pipeline. Our Head Office is located in Road No 12 Banjara Hills.

About This Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Manager (GM) Sales at Fairmount Builders, based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer service operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Ledning the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in general management and team management
  • Proven skills in sales and customer service
  • A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work from our Head Office and visit project sites in Hyderabad
  • A master's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
