Job Opportunity: Senior Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities in global high-demand project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Controls Engineers, ensuring skill and competency development.
  • Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a consultant.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams.
  • Ensure system performance validation through thorough testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to department KPIs.
  • Provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure smooth customer handovers.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, specifically Siemens and Allen Bradley.
  • Hands-on experience in the design and execution of integrated control systems.
  • Ability to align control designs with project goals.
  • Skilled in preparing and executing detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Experience in driving standardization and process improvement across multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
  • 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming, preferably with Siemens and Allen Bradley.
  • Prior experience in automation solutions strongly preferred.
