The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for new business generation & retention of large accounts.
- Driving discussions with CXOs, Senior Directors.
- Cross-selling of products with existing clients.
- Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing.
- Well-versed with different insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses.
- Identifying key decision-makers, client or prospect risks, needs, and determining the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
- Conducting gap analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms, and negotiating the same with the market.
- Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Developing and maintaining effective networks within the business community and industry.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Visiting insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree.
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
- Experience in insurance companies/insurance broking companies.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels to effectively close business.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive Market Environment.
- Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
- Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
