Job Overview

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to design, build, and run SAP BTP applications and integrations.

The team will partner with stakeholders, guide delivery, and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

  • Lead and mentor the development team and manage delivery
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend useful adoption
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing strategies to improve team performance and delivery
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  3. Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale SAP BTP projects
  4. Providing technical guidance and support to team members
  5. Identifying and mitigating risks to project timelines and budgets
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
