We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization in the role of Implementation Coordinator.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the successful implementation of educational programs at schools across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation process, collaborating with school stakeholders, and supporting teachers in delivering the programs effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and learning theory, as well as proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.

A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, along with minimum 5 years of experience in education or a relevant field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Additional desirable skills include experience working with diverse populations, knowledge of the Indian education system, and bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with content team to ensure quality of educational programs.
    • Participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students.
    • Support marketing and operations strategies.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Oversight of program implementation across assigned schools.
    • Maintenance of implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensuring successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Presentation and collaboration activities with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with school stakeholders.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Program rollout at schools to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Conducting classes, training programs, and orientation sessions for parents and teachers.
    • Observing class conduct by teachers to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Providing ongoing support and guidance to teachers.
    • Conducting training sessions on program content and pedagogy.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collecting data on program implementation and impact.
    • Preparing reports for further action.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness to travel to assigned schools in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh locations.
