Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will oversee quality control and assurance activities in the plant, ensuring availability and issue of raw and packaging material specifications.

  • To ensure effective implementation of Food Safety Management System and statutory requirements.

Core Competencies

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement GMP, HK & pest-control activities in the plant, upgrade and verify PRP's, OPRP's & CCP's in reference to FSMS and statutory requirements.

  • To ensure that all Hazardous wastes are stored as per legal and statutory requirements.

Operational Skills

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and improving the plant QM rating results, implementing GMP, HK & pest-control activities, upgrading and verifying PRP's, OPRP's & CCP's, and storing Hazardous wastes according to legal and statutory requirements.

  • Handling physical stock taking and variances reconciliations
  • Preparing management information system (MIS) daily reports and monthly summaries.
  • Proper updates of the stores ledger.
