Job Title: Operations Director - Supply Chain Management
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Operations Director to lead our supply chain management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, and efficiently handling client shipments and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.- Manage order processing and documentation, including accurate inventory and shipment records.- Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams to maintain seamless logistics processes.- Address and resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely manner.- Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines, providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Graduate in any discipline; a background in logistics or supply chain is preferred.- Experience: 13 years of experience in operations or logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.- Knowledge of logistics software or ERP systems is a plus, with proficiency in Excel and documentation skills.- A strong problem-solving attitude and a team-player mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills.
