Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing inventory levels and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and improve relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement through monthly SIOP Supply Planning Reviews.
- Issue timely purchase orders to vendors and follow up on order confirmations.
- Coordinate with vendors on actual delivery status and expedite critical orders.
- Manage the Material Master database and report performance metrics.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to continuously improve planning processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including SIOP, Customer Support, Sourcing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing materials functions.
- Experience working with SAP is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
