We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our global supply chain in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to drive growth.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9-12 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and team members.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management, with a focus on cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
