We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through effective supply chain management.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers across different time zones to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of products.
  • Possess strong knowledge of SAP MM Module and experience working with Rapid Response (Kinaxis) Supply Planning Module.
  • Run monthly SIOP Supply Planning Review and issue purchase orders to vendors on time, following up for order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with vendors on actual delivery status and expedite critical orders to meet project deadlines.
  • Experience handling drop shipments on the logistics side, complete Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report on time for review.
  • Meet/exceed service levels and inventory targets through planning metrics and coordinate with SIOP, Customer Support, Sourcing, and Logistics teams.
  • Manage Material Master database and report performance metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies for continuous planning process improvement and perform root cause analysis to resolve service issues quickly.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing materials functions.
  • Experience working with SAP is mandatory and experience working in Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP, SIOP) process environments is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
