">About the Job
">We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the growth of High Value Seller accounts on the Amazon.in marketplace. The ideal candidate has experience in brand and distributor account management, with a proven track record of developing businesses from scratch and driving revenue growth.
">The Role
">As an Amazon Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for:
">- ">
- Contributing to business strategy development and identifying target High Value Seller accounts to pitch">
- Aligning relevant stakeholders for marketplace sales strategy and onboarding the account for selling on Amazon">
- Driving complex sets of input and output metrics to deliver quicker growth, improve the end-customer and seller experience, and enable scalability of business">
A Day in the Life
">You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals by driving strategic conversations, working backwards from account acquisition goals, and implementing growth strategies for named HVS accounts. You will also execute account-level KPIs/metrics by focusing on marketplace brand presence, leveraging available channels for faster delivery to Amazon customers, developing advertisement strategies, and improving selection quality to generate sales orders.

">You will be part of the Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growth of marque Brands and Brand partners as direct sellers onto Amazon marketplace.
">What We're Looking For
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 4+ years of sales experience">
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers">
Benefits
">This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
