
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Analyst. The primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to customers, addressing their issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting customer complaints and conducting root cause analysis
- Providing guidance and assistance to customers on product usage
- Handling customer data import/export from production systems
- Ensuring accurate updating of customer data in production systems
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Contributing to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems
The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product customer support
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving inclination
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
- Good documentation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-relationship skills – responsiveness, sensitivity, diplomacy
The following qualifications are preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS
- Experience using issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA etc.
- Knowledge in scripting/programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, Perl to automate manual tasks
- Knowledge in fetching data from SQL/NoSQL databases
