Job Overview

The Emerging Markets Manager will be responsible for owning the servicing of orders for regional Sales Teams in a defined customer service framework, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Validate demand over the horizon and assign prioritization to demand/orders/customers.">
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted to customers and timelines are met.">
  • Drive shipment planning with Logistics teams and mitigate risks/delays proactively.">
  • Attend meetings to gather data and information on open orders and their status updates.">
  • Prioritize orders/customers based on defined parameters.">
  • Identify key stakeholders who need to be engaged to resolve outstanding issues.">
  • Provide detailed analysis on all outstanding orders to the Head of Emerging Market SCM.">

Supply Chain Technology and Automation:

  • ">
  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT & Automation in Order Management processes improving Supply Chain visibility.">
  • Implement and rollout cycle for all IT & Technology Automations within SCM jointly with IT.">

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI).">
  • SAP Knowledge Essential.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail.">
