We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Oversight Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global regulatory operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our regulatory oversight processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services or management consulting, with a proven track record of managing and coordinating regulatory examinations, producing high-quality reports, and leading technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our dynamic and global team to manage supervisory activities, develop and implement regulatory action plans, and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.

You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining trackers, updating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in oversight standards. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us maintain our reputation as a globally respected financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations, including logging information requests, preparing decks, and reviewing responses
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems
  • Produce high-quality reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
