Job Overview:

Team Lead Operations

The Team Lead Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity utilization and achieving desired project pool performance. This includes managing team members, ensuring schedule adherence, overcoming daily hurdles, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Management:
  • Manage daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity to the project pool
  • Schedule Adherence:
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team
  • Hurdle Overcoming:
  • Overcome daily hurdles such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, ad-hoc requests, etc.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate constantly with US offices through calls and emails
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely to the desired recipients
  • Quality Control:
  • Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by the team members
  • Process Updates:
  • Conduct daily meetings with team and provide timely process updates to maintain quality

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

  • Education: Graduate or master's with any stream is must
  • Proactivity: Proactive in taking up new challenges and increase scope of self-exposure
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written English communications skills with problem-solving ability
  • Networking Skills: Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
  • Training Skills: Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Work Experience: 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Pressure Tolerance: Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Computer Skills: Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances
  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of financial services and class action and mass tort is good to have
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers
  • Candidate Advantage: Candidate with experience into legal process domain will be of advantage
  • Decision-Making: Ability to review reports and take actions based on data
  • Change Management: Ability to manage change

Additional Requirements: Job requires you to work in night shifts (USA Shift timing with additional allowances) and on Indian holidays
