Head of Collections Leadership

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a collection team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
  • Maintain high-performance metrics through regular monitoring and evaluation.
  • Enhance the skills of collection agents with training sessions.
  • Collaborate with risk management and credit assessment teams to mitigate potential collection issues.
  • Present detailed reports to senior management.
  • Foster strong customer relationships for smooth collections.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and company policies related to collections.
  • Effectively resolve escalated customer disputes.
