Job Description:

A Business Expansion Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by executing cross-selling and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning: Provide inputs into the formulation of a sales plan for assigned territories, including identifying potential clients, forecasting market trends, and highlighting customer requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales targets at the territory level, highlight deviations, and initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate deep understanding of their needs and direct swift resolution of customer queries.
  • Order Execution: Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely execution of orders according to predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Collections and Dispatch: Ensure collections from clients as per contractual agreements and timely dispatch of goods to clients' sites.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues and ensure all customer complaints are resolved within predefined timelines.
  • Dealers Management: Effectively manage activities related to dealers, such as stock booking, raising invoices, and making payments.
