Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional who can effectively identify and capitalize on opportunities in the US and UK markets.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients across the US and UK, with a focus on Fortune-aligned firms and high-growth ventures.
  • Developing and executing outreach, lead nurturing, closing, and relationship-building strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Representing the company in client meetings across various time zones, pitching, negotiating, and strategizing to secure business deals.
  • Creating and executing ambitious business development strategies to expand revenue, partnerships, and brand presence.
  • Providing regular progress updates and pipeline insights to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically with US and UK clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent English, exceptional writing, listening, and presenting abilities.
  • A robust network or portfolio showcasing your ability to establish VIP-level connections.
  • A deep understanding of B2B sales processes, contract negotiation, and client lifecycle management.
  • The ability to thrive in a hybrid consulting setting, balancing self-starter independence with collaborative teamwork.
  • Comfort with navigating US time zones and adapting to early or late-day client engagements.
