Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in lead generation, qualification, and setting up client meetings to drive business expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach – Make 50-60 daily outbound calls to engage potential clients, spark interest, and build strong professional connections.
  • Lead Qualification – Identify decision-makers, assess client needs, and update an accurate database to track progress effectively.
  • Meeting Coordination – Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain thorough call records and provide detailed daily updates using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration – Partner with marketing and business development teams to align outreach efforts for optimized success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
