Job Title: Industrial Sales Development Manager
Overview:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Development Manager to join our team. As an essential member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Manage a database of prospective clients and stay up-to-date on their needs and preferences
- Cold call potential clients to generate new leads
- Stay informed about all product offerings and maintain knowledge of industry trends
- Arrange meetings between senior management and potential clients
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and development
- Address potential problems and suggest effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
">- Minimum 1-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy machinery industry in India
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and technical skills
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and its nuances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Leadership qualities and ability to motivate others
Estimated Salary Range:
">Rupees 25-40 lakhs per annum (approximately $32,500-$52,000 USD)
