Lead dynamic inbound sales efforts, engaging with merchants to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads, engaging via calls/emails and understanding their needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence, ensuring consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
- Own the sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation.
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience, acting as a trusted partner for new merchants.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other products to existing merchants.
- Experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS (preferably 2+ years).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with high-volume calling and relationship-building.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
