Seeking a seasoned insurance professional to excel in driving life insurance sales through personalized client engagement and field visits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, lead generation expertise, and the ability to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and market activities
- Conduct thorough customer consultations to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
- Clearly communicate policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients, addressing their queries promptly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
- Nurture long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters to facilitate seamless policy processing
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting formats
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems
