Job Overview

Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales targets is the primary responsibility of this role.

This position involves carrying out effective field work with minimal direct supervision, and reporting daily activities on an assigned online system.

Meeting call average, coverage, and frequency norms for assigned divisions is also a key aspect of this job.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
  • Promote divisional products according to strategy
  • Build relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
  • Facilitate strategy building
  • Act as a good brand ambassador
Requirements

BSc/B. Pharma degree is the minimum educational requirement for this role.

Candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred, but freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.

Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage.

Fluent and confident communication in English is essential for this position.
