Our team is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of a Mechatronics Specialist. This position involves operating and maintaining complex robotic systems, as well as providing training and support to customers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and upgrading training equipment and course materials
  • Developing and delivering customized courses to meet the needs of various customers
  • Reviewing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and revising our website to ensure timely updates are communicated to customers
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining standards, meeting prescribed timelines, and driving continuous improvement of department operations

Requirements for this position include:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering with good academic track record
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 4+ years of experience in servicing, manufacturing, and maintenance of CNC machines and robots
  • Experience in training/teaching is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to deliver results on set deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, report writing, and statistical analysis skills
