Senior Field Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide first-level support to local customers and regional escalation support for our SMT Solution equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and train customers on our SMT Solution equipment
- Provide standby service support and respond to customer service calls
- Develop and deliver on-site training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new ideas and technologies
- Perform other technical activities related to SMT Solutions offerings
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; 7 years for senior roles
- Experience with Printer, Pick & Place, and Solder Paste Inspection machines is essential
- Knowledge of project management skills, SMT Process and Applications, Line Software integration, MES, and Industrial Automation is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and team player
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
