Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mobile-based technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
