Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional 24x7 support to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of their technical issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 24x7 technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and technical procedures in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborating with other support team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of both hardware and software support.
  • Proficiency in application support and troubleshooting.
  • Networking skills and ability to manage and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service request and incident management.
  • Problem management skills and ability to identify root causes of issues.
