Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly visit customers to provide technical support and ensure digital screens are running smoothly.
  2. Execute all work (repairs, installations, training) per guidelines and standards.
  3. Provide emergency call-out services to customers, ensuring fast and efficient resolution of issues.
  4. Collaborate with customers to create functional and design specifications that meet their needs.
  5. Maintain technical coordination and communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic bike riding skills required.
