We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating service staff activities, providing technical support and training to other Service Technicians, and ensuring the accuracy of reports and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in solving complex technology issues, as well as expertise in hardware, software, networking, and support. They will also be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients, and provide professional, courteous, prompt, and accurate support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and coordination of service staff activities
  • Technical support and training to other Service Technicians
  • Ensuring the accuracy of reports and data integrity
  • Analyzing and verifying statistical information within the ITSM tool
  • Maintenance of ITSM KB of problems and accompanying resolutions
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on primary support product lines
  • Seeking and creating opportunities for growth through automation, innovation, and process improvement
  • Assisting IT leadership and other IT technical staff in developing departmental guidelines and operating procedures

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in solving complex technology issues
  • Expertise in hardware, software, networking, and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and verify statistical information
  • Proficiency in maintaining ITSM KB of problems and accompanying resolutions
