Help Desk Associate

Job Overview
Job World is seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Associate to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for resolving IT-related issues and providing support for employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and handle tickets related to Active Directory, MS365, VPN configurations, and other services.
- Troubleshoot IT Issues: Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Incident and Request Management: Log incidents and service requests in the IT service management system and ensure all tickets are resolved within agreed-upon SLAs.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues when required.
Qualifications:
- A graduate (any discipline) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in L1 support.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, MS365, VPN configuration, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Proficient in using ITSM tools to manage incidents and requests.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Support professional to join our IT team. As a part of a globally recognized organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing incidents and requests, and collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in L1 support.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, MS365, VPN configuration, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Proficient in using ITSM tools to manage incidents and requests.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
