The role of this position is to oversee the recruitment lifecycle for sourcing top talent from various channels. This includes references, online portals, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders and department heads to develop job descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential candidates through online channels or via consultants
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Drive closure of open positions by managing the offer process (salary negotiation, offer)
  • Maintain candidate relationships until joining
  • Support HR facilitation roles such as induction, onboarding, and joining processes
  • Provide HR operations support
  • Employee engagement support

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA-HR (Regular) degree with 3-5 years' experience in generalist HR and talent acquisition preferably in financial services/investment management companies
  • Have exposure to HR Operations
