Senior Manager Consumer Activation

This role is responsible for leading the consumer activation team to design and execute innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual activities/calendars based on brand plans and execute them effectively, measuring campaign performance using productivity and sales lift metrics.
  • Create strategies for each sub-brand, defining the role of activation in achieving business objectives and measuring impact on the brand.
  • Build a consumer database and retarget consumers through various channels.
  • Drive rural participation in melas/fairs and explore regional festivals.
  • Optimize costs through negotiation and effective models.
  • Identify new touch points to engage/sell through technology-driven campaigns.
  • Measure the impact of campaigns using PR, integrated campaigns, measurement studies, and overall participation/engagement.
  • Continuously create and update consumer databases with behavioral and feedback questions.
  • Review finance trackers and SOP adherence periodically.
  • Manage agencies, including new and regional agencies.
  • Showcase best practices in activation and digital projects.

This role requires strong understanding of activation and event management, creativity, collaboration, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to develop and execute plans within timelines.
