**Job Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales and revenue growth in the NOIDA region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory. This position is a mid-level role, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
**Key Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong sales management and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the NOIDA market and its business environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Good understanding of channel sales and business development
- Experience in revenue and profit growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the NOIDA region
- Manage and grow the dealer and distributor network in the assigned area
- Build strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and ensure timely payment collection
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide inputs for product improvement and development
