Staffiaa is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead a team focused on Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through lead generation, developing a DSA network, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets through the open market and alternate channels.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales and Relationship Managers.
- Build and manage a network of active Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with fraud prevention procedures.
- Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in home loans and mortgage sales.
- Strong network of DSAs and experience managing a sales team.
