Job Overview

The Assistant Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading quality assurance initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the production cycle.

Responsibilities in Detail:

Quality Planning and Control: Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans that cover raw materials, purchased components, and finished products. Coordinate third-party laboratory tests as necessary, ensuring results meet defined quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.

Inspection and Testing: Oversee incoming material inspection and ensure compliance with quality specifications by working with external labs when needed. Maintain and upgrade lab equipment to support in-house testing capabilities and ensure accuracy in quality assurance processes.

Certification and Standardization: Lead initiatives related to product standardization and certification under both national and international standards. Act as the ISO 9001 Management Representative (MR), ensuring compliance with QMS standards, coordinating audits, and implementing required changes to maintain certifications.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Implement CSAT monitoring processes, collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Regularly report on CSAT scores, track trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns effectively.
