Job Title: Senior Backend Software Engineering LeaderExperience: 7+ YearsDepartment: Backend Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Software Engineering Leader with extensive expertise in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities to oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple backend technologies, including Nodejs, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, and familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software architecture, providing solutions architecture support and troubleshooting issues.
  • Lead large engineering teams, ensuring best practices, technical guidance, and code reviews.
  • Conduct training sessions, mentor developers on technical best practices, and ensure coding standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs, Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in performance optimization and security best practices.
