Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Leader

This role is for an experienced software engineering leader who can design, develop and implement high-quality, scalable systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading technical teams and have a strong understanding of software development principles, practices, and methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to drive business growth through innovation and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of fintech systems across mobile, web, and backend services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on coding with the ability to conduct design reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, and POCs.
  • Build scalable systems using Flutter (mobile), Java (backend), (frontend), and Oracle DB.
  • Enforce engineering best practices—secure coding, code quality, automation, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
  • Drive performance tuning and optimization for mission-critical applications.

As a senior software engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects by providing technical direction, leadership, and mentorship to the development team.

The incumbent is expected to demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills, customer focus, and alignment with strategic objectives. They must also be able to communicate effectively, model integrity and respect in all interactions, operate within established framework, policies, and procedures, and facilitate business improvements as appropriate.

Role-specific responsibilities include lead technical design and architecture of fintech systems, remain hands-on with code, build scalable systems, collaborate closely with product owners and domain experts, enforce engineering best practices, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and drive performance tuning and optimization.
