Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to lead technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks.

About the Role
  • Design and develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to deploy and scale applications.
  • Design and optimize relational databases with MySQL for high-performance queries and transactions.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API integrations.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Python (Express.js, Nest.js or similar frameworks).
  • Proficiency in MySQL database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, Cloud SQL, S3, etc.).
  • Knowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
