Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results not as an end in itself, but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Compelling Communication Strategies
  • Oversee digital advertising strategy and execution with the relevant team, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Build and lead a team of creators to produce engaging and platform-native content, including Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Drive subscriber growth and viewership by optimizing videos for YouTube's algorithm.
  • Dive deep into YouTube Studio analytics to understand audience retention, traffic sources, and demographics.
  • Stay ahead of YouTube trends, experiment with new formats, and analyze competitor channels.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant YouTube creators to collaborate on projects.
  • Develop and support the implementation of crisis communication plans as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Indian politics, history, socio-economic issues, and current affairs.
  • 8-10 years in communications, video production or channel management, ideally in media (journalism, news reporting), a PR/communications agency, public affairs, or a political/advocacy setting.
  • Expertise on all things YouTube, with a deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm, content strategy, and SEO.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling political narratives for video, from scripting to guiding the final edit.
  • Skilled in managing video production workflows, creative teams, and project timelines.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent English and Hindi written and verbal skills.
  • Understanding of YouTube Studio is essential.
