Job Title: Solar Installation Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee daily installation activities of solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.

  • Supervise on-site installation teams to ensure timely and quality execution of solar installations in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Ensure proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations according to design specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate installation teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and coordination.
