We are hiring Technical Support Specialist for a leading Solar Company.

Who can apply?

Candidates with hands-on experience in:

  • Installation of solar power panels
  • Maintenance and repair of solar products

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Days: 5 Days

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Shift Timing: 3:30 AM To 12:30 PM (Summers) and 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Winters) (Australian Shift, 9 Hours (8 Hours work and 1 Hour Break))

Salary: Max 6 LPA (Based on interview performance & last drawn salary)

Note: Candidates must have their own:

Laptop/Desktop

Stable Internet Connection

Working Headphones

Role Overview

You will work as part of the Construction team, supporting Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams while reporting to the Construction Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide high-level technical support to installation companies/customers/manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, RMA's).

2. Handle and log all technical calls/emails.

3. Perform installation quality checks & collect installer feedback.

4. Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests.

5. Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.

6. Track post-installation smart meter applications.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy preferred.

2. Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

3. Engineering/Technical Support/Service Engineer background.

4. Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams.

5. Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office.

6. Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, flexible with hours.
