Job Description:

">
  • Deliver on-site technical support for PCS/BESS products, including debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and guide customers to resolve simple faults independently.
  • Manage on-site spare parts for PCS/BESS products, tracking and inventorying spare parts to ensure normal operation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with on-site customers through regular communication and feedback of customer opinions.
  • Stay updated on the working principles of PCS/BESS products, familiarize yourself with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to on-site customers.
  • Adhere to departmental rules and report work on time.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English as a working language
  • Self-motivated individual able to plan in ambiguous situations and drive results-oriented action
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, with a preference for central PCS or BESS experience
  • Based in Rajasthan preferred
