Solar Energy Systems Specialist


Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and manufacturers, handling technical calls and emails, performing quality checks, and maintaining CRM records.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support:
  •  Provide high-level technical support to customers and manufacturers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Quality Assurance:
  •  Perform regular site visits to inspect solar panel installations, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Documentation:
  •  Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers, including communication logs and resolution notes.
  • Collaboration:
  •  Work closely with the construction manager to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in solar energy systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:


  • Education:
  •  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, environmental science).
  • Experience:
  •  At least 3 years of experience in the solar energy industry, preferably in a technical support or installation role.
  • Skills:
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  •  Familiarity with solar energy systems, electrical diagrams, and safety protocols.
