We are seeking a Candidate Support Intern to play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

  • You will be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • You will review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • You will educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • You will document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • You will create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • You will assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
