Director of Sales Process Optimization

About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence across Azentio's GTM Organization. This role will partner closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to leverage processes, tools, and analytics to unlock revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of CRM optimization to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Management of business operations automation to improve productivity and efficiency
- Development of performance metrics to deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Change management to ensure effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across sales teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, operations, or cross-functional project management
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights
- Continuous process improvement approach with stakeholder management skills
- Fluent communication skills with adaptability, autonomy, pragmatism, and proactivity
