  • Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in production processes.
  • Previous managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
