Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0–2 years of experience in procurement and a passion for electronics & supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Timely re-ordering of products from suppliers.
  • Evaluating supplier offers and negotiating pricing/terms.
  • Maintaining accurate order records in internal databases.
  • Monitoring stock levels & ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Coordinating with the accounts team for the P2P cycle and warehouse teams for stock-in.
  • Supporting new product additions based on demand, market trends, and supplier inputs.
  • Identifying cost-cutting & process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams & providing support when required.
  • Inspecting received items – carrying out quality and quantity checks before acceptance.
  • Ensuring proper stocking of items into bulk storage as well as running inventory.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication.
  • Basic computer knowledge and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), team spirit, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take responsibility.
  • Technically strong with an interest in electronics products.
  • Candidates with MOOCs certifications in MS-Excel, Data Analysis, Purchase, Inventory Management, SCM, or Six Sigma will be preferred.
  • Participation in Drone/Tech competitions will be an added advantage.
  • A strong project portfolio related to active/passive components, semiconductors will be highly valued.
